Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Styli account
- Go to Account → My Orders
- Select the order you want to return
- Scroll down to 'Return shipment'
- Select the Item to return
- Confirm the selection
- Select the reason for return
- Verify your details - address, phone number
- Click Confirm
For KSA customers:
You can choose between pickup or drop-off
If you select drop-off:
- Choose a carrier location
- Drop off the item within 10 days during working hours
For non-KSA customers:
Simply confirm the return request and our team will guide you on the next steps.
